MAQUINA is a small and agile interactive consultancy based in New York City and Asunción, Paraguay, offering design and marketing services for the online space. It is the digital playground of Cristian Bosch, interactive designer and internet entrepreneur. Cristian has degrees in Business Management and Interactive Media Design, allowing him to maneuver in both the business side of the web and the creative aspect of online design. Both of these worlds fuel his drive to create powerful online presences that stand out from the crowd, and to communicate clear and strong brand messages. His work has impressed cultural institutions such as Lincoln Center, web startups and advertising agencies in New York City.

Cristian has been involved in web design since 2002, when his creative skills were put to the test designing a site for his first startup while in business school. He moved from his native Asunción to New York city in 2004 to pursue his creative aspirations. Today, he likes to cross the lines between developer, designer, creative and marketer, since they increasingly overlap. Cristian is a versatile interactive designer who can see the big picture. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations create interactive online presentations and stunning visual interfaces that communicate clearly and effectively. Besides being obsessed with design and technology, Cristian likes writing, photography, traveling, and he’s always hungry for more.
